VIDEO #13;

In March of this year, Irish superstarConor McGregorfamously lost to Nate Diaz,surrendering an early lead to fade in the second round and tap to a rear-naked choke. Several months later, in the main event of UFC 202,McGregor avenged this loss to Diaz, battling his rival for five-hard rounds to capture a majority decision win. Though his cardio was still far from perfect in this second fight, it had improved exponentially from his first encounter with the Stockton slugger.

In the wake of this score-settling defeat of Diaz, McGregor has credited his improved cardio reserves to specialized training based in cutting-edge science. Now, it appears, the Irishman is poised to share these innovative training methods with the world by releasing a specialized training program online.

In a recent YouTube upload from TheMacLife Productions, McGregor gives UFC commentator John Gooden a preview of this upcoming training program.

Were releasing a training program, a three-month training program where people can join the training methods that I went through in my preparations for the second Diaz fight, McGregor explained. Its currently in progression, were currently making it, but youll type in your results, type in how serious you are when train two days, three days, four days, and the site will let you know the sets to be done, at what range, at what heartbeat. Its very scientific and were looking forward to getting it off the ground and changing peoples life with this.

media news statistics

It changed my life, The Irishman said. I used to come in here 10 hours a day John, you were in here many times, you saw me, all day long. Now I come in, and everything is specific, Im like a light switch. Im either on or Im off. Before I was just flickering. Now Im on when Im on, and Im off when Im off. So were very excited about it, to see what the results will be at 155 pounds. The game is in for a shock.
