Despite the hamstring injury, Rodgers has been able to tough it out and play effectively. He hasn’t thrown an interception in any of the last four contests while throwing for 10 touchdowns over that span. It will be interesting to see if the latest calf issue has a bigger impact on his play.

Rodgers declared Wednesday that it will be an issue ofpain managementfor him Sunday against the Chicago Bears, but he does expect to play in the contest, perESPN. If the Packers have any hope of securing an eighth straight playoff appearance, they will need their veteran signal-caller healthy enough to lead them.
